Examination Fees

On 1st January 2010 VAT increased from 15% to 17.5%. Sorry folks, there is nothing I can do about this. However, I have tried to minimise any fee increases, which have not been raised for private pilots for over two years. (the actual fee increase for private pilots is only 2%). I have reduced the fee for Initial Class 2 medicals. So there will be:

  • a VAT increase to 17.5%
  • Reduced fees for Initial Class 2 medicals
  • Discounts for ALL professional pilots who cannot reclaim their fees -
    £60 discount on medical fee
  • NO FEES INCREASE FOR THE WHOLE OF 2010
